Most shoots take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on property size.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes — travel fees may apply depending on location.

Yes — I regularly photograph Airbnb and short-let properties across London. The images are optimised for booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, with a focus on clarity, layout and natural light.
How soon will I get my photos?
Images are delivered within 24 - 36 hours. Faster turnaround is available.
Do you photograph occupied properties?
Yes — I’ll advise beforehand on light styling and preparation to get the best results.
What if I need extra images later?
No problem at all. You can order additional images at £15 each, or book a short follow-up shoot if you’ve made updates to your property.
What if I’m not happy with the photos?
I want you to love your photos. If there’s something you’re not happy with, I’ll happily re-edit or reshoot specific images to make sure you’re thrilled with the final result.
Can I use the photos on portals and social media?
Yes. All packages include an online usage licence for property marketing.
